D A N C E - F I T N E S S is a fun, energetic class that will flood your body with dance floor endorphins while burning calories and working your arms, legs and core. Swara customizes every playlist to follow a rhythmic progression of energy levels through the class. The class features upbeat Bollywood music with some Latin & American pop hits! 


This is an hour-long class. It consists of a full-body warm-up,  follow-along cardio-based dance workout and abs section. Towards the end of class, students learn a quick fun choreography! Class ends with stretching exercises and breathing to calming music providing relaxation and transition for the mind and the body.
